Quality Services, Inc. (QSI), a leading cultural resource management firm located in Rapid City, South Dakota, merged with Impact7G, Inc. on Monday, April 3, 2023. QSI specializes in archeology, geophysics, history, paleontology, architectural history, tribal consultation, and National Environmental Policy Act compliance. The QSI team is composed of seventeen individuals with diverse technical expertise and experience in the Northern Plains, Rocky Mountain, Midwest, and several other geographic areas across the United States.
QSI was formed in 2005 by President and Principal Investigator Lance Rom, M.A., SOPA. Mr. Rom has led over 2,500 archeology and anthropology projects over the course of an extensive 35-year career in the industry. These successful projects are a testament to QSI’s excellent working relationships with tribal organizations, government agencies, State Historic Preservation Offices, and other regulatory agencies. Exceeding the expectations of their clients has been cornerstone to QSI since day one, a value that is well-aligned with Impact7G’s mission.
