Aaron graduated from Grandview University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and from DMACC with an AOS in Environmental Science. He has over 20 years’ experience in construction and contracting and has a variety of asbestos-related licenses. Aaron has volunteered all over the state with tallgrass prairie restoration, native planting, seed collection, and invasive species removal. He also volunteered for IOWATER doing water sampling.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his two puppies and being outdoors. He lives for foraging and mushroom hunting in the springtime and enjoys gardening. He has four large gardens where he wages war against the never-ending barrage of weeds. He likes to lead by example with respect to living a plastic free life, where small wins are big wins.

Adriana enjoys spending time with her two young kids (Mikey and James) and her husband Mark and their black German shepherd Nova. They travel and move a lot. They love hiking (they have done treks in Asia and Europe) and diving. In her spare time Adriana loves doing yoga and P90X, reading books and learning new languages.

Andrea provides support to Impact7G’s telecommunications team. She comes to Impact7G with over a decade of experience coordinating tower compliance projects in the telecommunications, railroad, and utility industries. Her project experience includes National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assessments, National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) assessments, Nationwide Programmatic Agreement reviews and informal biological assessments. Andrea has managed numerous architectural and archaeological contractors and successfully completed Section 106 submittals for thousands of site locations in over 30 states.

In her free time, Andrea is a devoted Boston terrier dog mom and avid shoe shopper. Although she loves to travel, she is the happiest curled up on the couch with a dog in her lap, a glass of chardonnay in her hand and binge watching something on TV with her husband, Chad.

Angela is an adaptive Environmental Specialist on the Telecommunications team. Specializing in regulatory project analysis, she is proficient in surveys, topographic maps, AM screening, TOWAIR studies, Airspace analyses, ASRs and FAA determinations. Her projects include conducting NEPA assessments and Phase I Environmental Assessments. Having been in the industry since 2012, she brings experience in project management for pre and post construction with multiple carriers, vendors, and markets.

Bailey graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has obtained her professional engineering license in Water Resources Engineering. Her project experience includes water treatment, water storage and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, stormwater management, streets and paving, and trail design. As a Water Resource Engineer, she focuses on sustainable watershed planning and design. Bailey is also currently the president of the Iowa Professional Chapter of Engineers without Borders, and she has traveled to El Salvador multiple times to work on water-related projects.

Between running, cycling, hiking, kayaking, camping, traveling, creating art, practicing music, and caring for her plants, Bailey has no problem keeping herself, her husband Jacob, and their australian shepherd Ruby busy. She is always in search of the next adventure, whether it is trying a new food or exploring a new place.

Ben obtained his master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy from Drake University. He is an FAA-certified commercial drone pilot.

As Senior Accountant, her role is to ensure the vendor invoices are entered accurately and paid timely as well as managing the receivables. Bradford graduated from Iowa State University in 2003 and has over 11 years’ experience asbestos training, AHERA compliance, ACM inspections, and asbestos building management. They have various asbestos-related certifications in Missouri and Iowa, including Licensed Supervisor, Project Designer, Management Planner, and Inspector.

Bradford is an avid softball player, starting every season in March and ending in late October or November. They clean waterways of plastic debris and other assorted garbage and recycling items with their daughter. They also love to “go to shows” – or – attend rock concerts when they’re able.

Brandon graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies. He as almost 20 years of experience in the environmental industry and in 2016 received his Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification. In 2018 he started working at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and has been focusing on industrial hygiene for the past four years.

Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Nichole, 2 kids, Griffin and Blakely, and their recently adopted puppy, Lulu. Living in Florida they have spent quite a bit a time at the beach and exploring the nearby theme parks like Disney World. Brandon also has a personal bucket list goal of backcountry camping in all of the National Parks within the United States. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he began learning how to build wooden boats and converted his garage to a boat yard, much to his wife’s enjoyment.

During his off time, Brody spends his time overlanding, rock crawling and camping throughout the United States in his built 4Runner. His girlfriend, son (Swayze) and himself intend on visiting all the National Parks in their lifetimes.

Chant is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist with diverse and in-depth experience in natural resource identification, management, analysis, and regulation. He brings over fifteen years of professional experience working in collaboration with private stakeholders, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Chant employs an array of collaborative and technical expertise in team and project management, utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Information Architecture (IA) toolsets, while focusing on assessment and communication of environmental concepts. Chant leads restoration and prescribed fire services and is passionate about restoration of natural areas and native habitats in the Midwest. He provides evaluation of forest, riparian, wetland, and prairie habitats, backed up with the experience to restore and manage those areas with a focus on promoting habitat and sustainability. A Prescribed Fire Manager and Burn Boss, Chant executes powerful restoration tools to the benefit and progress of our clients, natural areas, and communities.

When outside, Chant and his family can be found overturning rocks and logs in search for new and interesting critters, or planting vegetables and prairie plants in their backyard. When inside, Chant keeps his hands busy with clay and glazes in the pottery studio.

Claire is a student at the University of Iowa heading into her senior year. She is double majoring in Environmental Science on the Chemical Science track and Ethics & Public Policy on the Sociology track. She is also seeking a certificate in sustainability. Her research experience includes atmospheric chemistry and species population monitoring. As an Intern in the Natural and Cultural Resources group at Impact7G, Claire will assist with habitat restoration projects.

Outside of work and school, most days she enjoys trail running or hiking and spending time with friends and family. When she’s not doing an outdoor activity, you can find her typically reading or crocheting. She also enjoys thrifting and up-cycling used clothes.

Ms. Chambellan began her archaeological career in 1972 at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado earning a B.A. in Anthropology in 1976. Graduate studies were at the University of Wisconsin, where Collette earned an M.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology. After graduate school, she also worked as an archaeologist in the Colorado Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (OAHP) under the State Archaeologist and the State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO). Collette was responsible for conducting survey and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) evaluation activities as well as Section 106 review of compliance reports. Collette has served as a Crew Member, Field Supervisor, Permit Coordinator, Documentation Reviewer/Editor and Coordinator, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 Coordinator, Native American Consultation (NAC) Coordinator, Project Manager, and Principal Investigator in her 50 year career.

Dan graduated from Simpson College with a Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Science degree and has over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Dan specialized in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and is a subject matter expert in the ASTM Standard for Phase I ESAs, having prepared, managed, or reviewed several hundred reports across more than 30 U.S. states. As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Keltner supports Impact7G’s due diligence program and a variety of other projects across the Environmental Compliance, Community Development, and Telecommunications departments.

Dan resides in Batavia, IL with his wife, two daughters, and Husky-lab mix dog. He enjoys sports and has been a long-time Chicago Cubs fan. In the warmer months you’ll find him traveling and supporting or coaching his daughters’ softball teams.

Following school, I found my way into land stewardship through an internship with the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation and AmeriCorps service with Bur Oak Land Trust and gained experience in the many ways to restore and manage prairie, savannah, and woodland habitats.

Geoff worked for over 30 years in commercial landscape management for a large lawn and landscape maintenance firm in eastern Iowa. In this role, he oversaw prairie and pollinator installation, establishment and maintenance on corporate and institutional properties, and worked with area service clubs and municipalities in multiple Earth Day/Arbor Day tree planting projects. He is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist, past president of the Rotary Club of Coralville/North Corridor, and is vice president of the board of directors of Iowa Valley Resource Conservation and Development. Geoff is a Project Manager in our Natural and Cultural Resources division.

Geoff is an unapologetic tree hugger, and spends as much time as possible with his wife Joanna enjoying and improving their southeast Iowa farmstead. They have installed and maintain 50 acres of tallgrass prairie, a small orchard, and a bigger garden than they can manage. They enjoy architecture tours, live music in big and small cities, good food, and catching up on classic movies with their cat Peanut and a fire in the wood stove. Summertime finds them biking, hiking, and camping in the Rocky Mountains.

Her primary responsibility is in the cultural resources compliance aspect of projects company wide.

Jade graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography in 2020, where she grew a passion for GIS analysis. She then moved westward to Iowa State University to pursue a master’s degree in Environmental Science and work as a research assistant in the Applied Geomorphology Lab. Her graduate research combined GIS, Python scripting, and remote sensing methods to analyze streambank erosion in Iowa over time and space. At Impact7G, Jade performs GIS duties for cultural and natural resource projects, though her work spans all departments.

When away from the computer screen, Jade enjoys taking road trips in her campervan with her fiancé, Logan, and their cat, Geronimo. She also enjoys canoeing, reading, and helping with prairie restoration projects.

Jaime holds a B.S. in Anthropology and a Masters of Historic Preservation. She has more than 15 years’ experience in CRM and historic preservation consulting. She has completed thousands of Section 106 Reviews and Cultural Resource studies. Jaime has served as a National Register reviewer in the public sector, and for five years operated a small consulting business where she conducted numerous large-scale architectural surveys and National Register nominations, and rehabilitation tax credit guidance. As part of the Telecom Team at Impact7G, Jaime is a project manager for telecommunications NEPA compliance. As Architectural Historian, she provides historic preservation services for a variety of projects and clients.

In my spare time, I love hiking, spoiling my dog, Henry Tudor, and spending time with my family and friends. Traveling and experiencing new adventures and cultures are very important and I hope to one day explore all seven continents .

As an Industrial Hygienist at Impact7G, Jacob Huxford spends much of his time in the field and reporting in the areas of industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety, mold, indoor air quality, state and federal environmental compliance and cleanup projects. His diverse background allows him to assist on a variety of projects at Impact7G. He’s 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified, holds an Iowa Asbestos Inspector’s License, and an Iowa Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor License. Jacob has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Iowa State University.

If Jacob is fishing and camping in northern Minnesota, he’s happy because it provides an escape from the real world, allowing him to truly relax. Plus, he likes spending time with his friends there. Sometime in the future, he’d also love to learn how to surf.

With over 30 years of environmental drilling experience, John oversees the operations for the CME 55 drill rig and the Geoprobe 6712DT at Impact7G. His role includes overseeing field tasks, rig maintenance, and managing personnel. John has a significant amount of experience in project coordination, cost control, and project scoping to ensure versatile and effective solutions are developed to meet clients’ regulatory needs and budgets. He is licensed to offer drilling services in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

John loves being in and around water, whether he’s boating, playing water sports, or SCUBA diving. He believes that diving is the perfect opportunity to experience new adventures. When he’s back on land, his dream is to own a 1947 hotrod and travel the country in it.

Jon has over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting and leads the Community Development team at Impact7G. He completed his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in geology from Iowa State University and has a diverse background having worked with many of the service lines Impact7G offers. Jon finds great satisfaction working with and helping communities redevelop underutilized areas whether that’s through community planning, environmental investigations, or environmental cleanup.

Jon is a big fan of spending time outdoors with his wife, son and two daughters. Favorites include camping and hiking in the mountains, hunting, and fishing. It makes Jon smile to watch his kids get excited about catching “a big one!” In the future, he hopes to get the chance to travel to Norway where his ancestors lived.

Katie is an environmental professional with over 5 years of experience conducting wetland and waters of the US delineations, threatened and endangered species assessments, NEPA compliance activities, and environmental compliance including stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plan development. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Iowa in Geosciences where she specialized in soil and water chemistry.

In her free time she enjoys biking, playing pickleball, and reading. She is an avid gardener, and forager who recently made her first batch of sauerkraut. You can find her at the downtown farmers market getting delicious pupusas.

Kevin is an Environmental Specialist for Impact7G and works in the Compliance and Asbestos Departments as a certified Iowa licensed inspector and Asbestos Abatement Contractor/Supervisor. Kevin has a background working in various types of field work including Phase I site assessments and Phase II soil and groundwater sampling. Kevin has a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Policy degree, along with his OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification he is also a certified Lead Inspector/ Risk Assessor and Iowa Certified Construction Site Pollution Prevention Inspector.

Kevin enjoys time with his family and playing with his daughter. He also enjoys spending time outdoors out on the water boating and fishing. Kevin loves to travel and hopes to one day make it out to Australia and SCUBA dive the Great Barrier Reef.

Kim has extensive experience working in Asbestos Project Management, including areas of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) inspections, Project Oversite/Air Monitoring, AHERA Reinspection, Training, and Mold. She spearheads asbestos abatement projects from concept to completion, including project specifications, contracts, and AHERA compliance where applicable. Additionally, she performs field work, such as supervising asbestos removal projects, collecting bulk samples, and providing mold consultations and testing. Kim is an Accredited Asbestos Instructor for the State of Missouri and is a State of Iowa certified Asbestos Inspector and Contractor/Supervisor. She also holds a NIOSH 582 certification and an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification.

Kristina graduated with her undergraduate degree in Anthropology in 2010 from College of Charleston. She obtained her M.S. in Historic Preservation from Clemson University in 2018. She has 10 years of experience in cultural resource management and has worked on several Section 106 projects throughout the southeast. She currently serves as an Architectural Historian for telecommunication projects and aids other departments as needed.

Kristina loves kayaking, exploring historic sites, and traveling with her husband and son. She loves to read and knit in her spare time. She and her family are currently working on visiting every National Park when they can.

Kristyn Ward was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. She earned her BS in History from Black Hills State University and her MA in History from the University of South Dakota. After dabbling in the world of library resources as a Librarian, and college administration as the Director of Program Development and Registrar at a local technical college, she is excited to be back working in the History field.

On her free time, Kristyn enjoys reading, spending time outdoors with her family hunting, hiking, and camping, and she can also frequently be found in the garage restoring Willys Jeeps with her dad.

Leon is an environmental specialist and primarily works in Lead Hazard Reduction Program in the Community Development group as a certified Lead Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor, certified Lead Abatement Contactor, and certified Lead Base Paint Sampling Technician. Leon is a certified Asbestos Inspector, certified Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, and certified HAZWOPER professional. Leon has experience with environmental drilling and sampling, Phase I ESA reporting and common workplace noise hazard reduction. Leon has a Bachelor of Environmental Science degree with specialization in biology.

You can find Leon spend his free time with his family outdoors, preferably near a body of water. Leon is certified SCUBA diver and enjoys kayaking. Leon enjoys cooking and food and wine focused travel.

Loretta provides support for environmental projects including NEPA compliance and wetland delineation. She is pursuing a Master of Natural Resources degree from Utah State University. After earning her bachelor’s degree in biology in 2011, Loretta gained extensive field experience in wildlife monitoring, habitat, and timber work.

Loretta enjoys exploring public lands with her husband Chris and senior dog, Clara. Hiking, camping, and hunting trips throughout the Northwest have only inspired her to add more to her bucket list.

Lori brings over 30 years of financial experience and wears a lot of hats at Impact7G. As the financial accountant, completing all monthly financial information to ensure accuracy of the financial statements is her focus. As project accountant, Lori oversees information necessary to confirm the client and project data is correct in our database. She also works closely with employees to confirm client billing is completed precisely.

In her free time, Lori loves working on photo albums and looks forward to completing online photo books to include her family history. She’d also like to complete a series of children’s books in the future. When she’s not working on albums or writing, Lori can be found enjoying the great outdoors while hiking. One of her favorite trips was a two-week drive to the west coast to view the beauty of Mt. Rushmore and Yellowstone Park.

Madeline (Maddi) has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Drake University and has over 7 years of experience in the environmental compliance industry. Maddi has completed over 1,000 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) telecommunication projects. She is 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) trained, a certified Asbestos Inspector and Lead Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor for the State of Iowa.

Mark graduated from Jamestown Community College in 1992 with an AS degree with a concentration in Geology. He followed this up with separate BA degrees in Anthropology and History from SUNY Oswego in 1995 and a Masters in Anthropology from Louisiana State University in 1998. He has worked as an archeologist since 1994, has conducted historical research since 1998, and became a qualified architectural historian in 2009.

Mark is an avid reader of history and enjoys hiking and playing golf. He has also traveled extensively in both North America and Europe, for work, research, pleasure, and military family reassignments. Currently he lives in western New York State with a pair of canine rescues.

Matt leads the Environmental Compliance team at Impact7G with extensive safety, environmental and transportation experience, and strong emphases in the areas of training, confined space entry, personal protective equipment, spill response (HAZWOPER) and waste characterization, transportation, and disposal. As a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), he is also responsible for managing the internal safety and environmental programs.

You can find Matt boating or kayaking with his family in Northeast Iowa along the Mississippi River. He and his wife, Sarah, have three children who keep them busy attending baseball, basketball, and trap shooting events, since Matt is also the Head Coach for the Ankeny Centennial Jaguars Trap Shooting Team.

Megan manages our portfolio of leaking storage tank sites as well as several miscellaneous Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, limited subsurface investigations, contaminated sites, land recycling program sites, and drilling jobs. Megan has completed ASTM 1527-13 compliant site reconnaissance field visits and reviewed state and federal environmental databases. Her management has assisted in several projects, including risk-based Corrective Action Design Reporting (CADR), Risk-Based Corrective Action Investigations, chemical oxidation injection remediation, and more. She’s 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified and is an Iowa Certified Groundwater Professional.

One of Megan’s bucket list items is to visit Italy and drink great wine. In the meantime, she’s happy spending time in her garden. She says there’s nothing better than growing your own food and flowers, plus gardening instantly lowers her blood pressure after a long day!

Melissa is involved in watershed assessments and planning, stream assessment and restoration design, soil and hydrology studies, stormwater planning, and mitigation banking. Melissa graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science while also working as a Research Assistant on projects that involved education and outreach, water quality, and habitat on the Missouri National Recreational River – an area she spent a lot of time at growing up.

Michael has been fascinated with technology from a young age. After studying Computer Sciences at Iowa State, he spent several years in the telecommunications industry installing and troubleshooting internet services across Iowa. From there he served over ten years as the IT Administrator for the US division of a multinational company before joining Impact7G.

Michael lives with his wife and 3 daughters on 30 acres outside of Winterset. He enjoys working on the property as well as fishing with his kids on their pond. Spending time with his wife on a Jamaican beach is a favorite destination, if only he can figure out a way to make that his permanent office!

In 2000, Michelle received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and began her career in Cultural Resource Management (CRM). Upon receipt of her Master of Science in Landscape Architecture in 2006, Michelle returned to CRM as a project manager. Michelle brings over 17 years of experience to Impact7G. Her knowledge of regulatory compliance enables her to manage National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and Environmental Assessment (EA) compliance projects as well as prepare all associated documentation. Michelle has directly authored or managed thousands of Section 106 Review/Archaeological Assessment compliance documents including all Native American consultations.

Michelle is a huge fan of being on the water, spending time with friends, and live music. Michelle one day hopes to go to the Newport Folk Festival.

Morgan is a member of the Environmental Compliance team and spends much of his time conducting environmental site assessments and industrial hygiene monitoring. He holds an Iowa asbestos inspector license, an asbestos abatement supervisor/contractor certification, and an Iowa lead-based paint inspector license. Morgan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Spanish from Loras College.

When Morgan is off the clock, he loves to fly fish, especially with his brothers in the trout streams of northeast Iowa. When he isn’t fishing, he’s usually in the kitchen, cooking anything and everything. He always looks forward to spending time with his family and friends.

Naida is an Environmental Specialist specializing in NEPA. She’s been in the telecom industry for approximately 22 years. Naida has worked with many different carriers directly in a variety of roles, from group coordinator to regulatory compliance specialist. She has worked on construction close-out projects, site acquisition, and employee training. Naida helps the telecom group at Impact7G with compliance primarily in the western half of the United States.

Outside of work, Naida loves spending time with family. Naida has three sons, and one granddaughter. She enjoys hiking, riding bikes, and playing board games. Naida also loves fishing. Whenever she travels to the Pacific Northwest to visit family, they hit the local river and lakes to fish for trout and salmon.

Nicole is well versed in funding, policy, and programmatic trends to effectively position client’s to be responsive to funding trends.

In her free time, Nicole can be found hiking, kayaking, and going on walks with her husband, son and two aussie-doodles. In addition, Nicole enjoys volunteering at her son’s school and helping where needed.

Owen is an Environmental Scientist with the Watershed Planning and Design department at Impact7G. Owen graduated from the University of Iowa in 2021 with degrees in Environmental Science and Geoscience, and a minor in Spanish. Owen specializes in GIS, fluvial geomorphology, and ecology.

Owen is happiest when he is traveling and doing any activity outside, ranging from a walk around a park to camping in the backcountry. He enjoys hiking along with other activities like skiing, snowshoeing, surfing, and any other sport his friends recommend to him. A unique skill Owen has that very few people know about is his ability to walk and flip on a slackline. One day, Owen hopes to visit the Great Barrier Reef, see a glacier in Iceland, and skydive from a plane.

He is a Professional Wetland Scientist with experience in wetland delineations, policy, and management. He also has experience in stream assessment and design. Specializing in restoration ecology, Reid’s professional focus on invasive species management, habitat restoration, woodland management, and conservation practices bring continuity and a solid foundation to restoration projects.

Prior to joining Impact7G, Sky gained experience conducting field work with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and will use her skills to assist with Brownfields redevelopment projects.

In her free time, Sky enjoys kayaking, skiing, collecting vinyl records, and exploring Iowa’s state parks with her family. Her weekends are often spent with her friends, either watching professional soccer or meeting for coffee.

Stacy earned a Master of Science in Environmental Studies in 2009 and has since applied her environmental policy background in the telecommunications industry. Stacy has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, engaging with multiple telecom carriers in various regions of the U.S. She excels at expediting regulatory clearance for telecommunication carriers and finding simple solutions to complex problems. Stacy enjoys collaborating with clients, vendors, and government agencies to ensure all FCC rules are appropriately applied.

Stacy lives and works in Kentucky and is happiest when RV-ing with her husband and three kids. Having lived in rural South Africa for two years as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer, Stacy learned to speak the indigenous African language Setswana. Stacy wants to run a trail marathon one day.

Mr. Tyler Dursky is a certified Minnesota Wetland Delineator in Training and is working towards becoming a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS). Mr. Dursky has strong interests in plant identification, natural, areas restoration, and utilizes his knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and conservation practices to assist on a variety of projects dealing with wetlands, prairies, woodlands, streams, and threatened and endangered species. Mr. Dursky earned bachelor’s degrees in Environmental and Earth Science from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as minors in Geology and Geography. Mr. Dursky also supports several additional service lines at Impact7G, including Soil and Groundwater Sampling, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Indoor Air Quality Monitoring, Archeological Surveys, and Asbestos Inspections and Abatements.

During his free time, Mr. Dursky is happiest spending time with friends and family, camping, hiking, hunting, traveling, and generally spending time outdoors. Mr. Dursky has currently been to 37 of 50 states and aspires to travel to all of them in addition to all the nation’s national parks.

Tyler received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry, with a focus in Ecosystem Management, from Iowa State University in 2015. Since joining Impact7G in 2015, Tyler has worked on various projects including Phase I and II ESAs, Limited Sub-Surface Investigations, Industrial Air Quality monitoring, Free Product Recovery, Asbestos Inspections, and Lead-Based Paint Inspections. Tyler is a subject matter expert in Lead-Based Paint and is an accredited Lead Training Provider through IDPH. Tyler teaches State of Iowa certification courses for Lead Abatement Workers/Contractors, Lead Safe Renovators, Sampling Technicians, and Inspector/Risk Assessors. Tyler is licensed as an Iowa Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, and Lead Abatement Contractor. Tyler opened the Sioux City office in 2016 and provides a presence and assistance to our clients on the west side of the state.

Outside of Impact7G, Tyler enjoys spending time with family and working as a volunteer firefighter/emergency medical technician for Le Mars Fire-Rescue.

Will is a University of Iowa Environmental Science graduate with over 10 years of professional natural resource and environmental survey experience. He provides expertise in wetland and aquatic resource delineation, threatened or endangered species survey and habitat analysis, and natural resources permitting and regulatory coordination. Additionally, Will has extensive experience with plant identification and vegetation survey as well as services pertaining to invasive species management and herbicide application, prescribed fire and natural areas restoration, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping and survey, and Multiple Species Inventory and Monitoring Program.

Will balances an extensive love of the outdoors with a seasonal love of staying in and doing nothing. When the weather is nice, he is out long-distance cycling, camping, or playing ultimate frisbee. In the cold winter months, off hours transition to reading books, playing video games, and running his dog around in the snow.

I graduated from University of Iowa in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Environmental Engineering. I have 17 years of experience in a wide-range of civil, environmental and water resources engineering and consulting services. I am a licensed Professional Civil Water Resources and Environmental Engineer, and Professional Wetland Scientist. My primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and support on assigned projects, construction administration, observation and inspection; analysis, evaluation and resolution of specific design problems and/or need to change design and making appropriate recommendations as necessary, and providing quality assurance and control of project work in accordance with industry, and company standards.

I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, riding motorcycles, atvs, dirt bikes and anything that involves playing in the mud. I love traveling and spending time with my twin daughters, Stella and Aviana, and my step son Sage. In my spare time I like to hang out on the “farm” enjoying the trails along my prairies and timber located 5 minutes north of my hometown – Wellman, Iowa.
